Join us on Tuesdays from 9:30 - 10:30, Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00, and/or Fridays from 9:30 - 10:30!

These classes are in Pacific time, Vancouver/LA.


Let's do yoga at home, together!

Yoga4Strength

Combine yoga, strength work, balance and core in 60 minutes. This fun, dynamic class will get you moving and feeling strong. Expect to work hard and build some heat. This class is geared for beginners and beyond and offers a good challenge for all levels.

This is not a traditional yoga class!

Remember I record the class on Zoom and will send out the recording within 30 minutes of class finishing.

This means can you show up for the class live, OR use the recording on your own time. And you can access the class anytime you like, as many times as you like. I'll give you access to the class until the new session starts.

I'll still offer the opportunity to do a makeup classes in other Zoom classes for those who prefer the option.

April session:

  • Tuesday 9:30-10:30 AM. April 7, 14, and 21. $60 + GST/3 classes.

  • Thursday 4:00-5:00 PM. April 9 and 16. $40 + GST/2 classes.

  • Friday 9:30-10:30 AM. April 10 and 17. $40 + GST/2 classes.

May session:

  • Tuesday 9:30-10:30 AM. May 12, 19, 26, and June 2. $80 + GST/4 classes.

  • Thursday 4:00-5:00 PM. May 14, 21, 28, and June 4. $80 + GST/4 classes.

  • Friday 9:30-10:30 AM. May 15, 22, 29, and June 5. $100 + GST/4 classes.

June session: I am travelling in mid-June for a few weeks and will be resuming classes in July! Classes will begin the week of July 6th and will be posted near the end of May.

Equipment Needed


  • two heavy weights (10-20 lbs)

  • two medium weights (5-10 lbs)

  • two chunky blocks or bricks

  • resistance band

  • chair

  • pillows and blankets
