Yoga4Strength
These are registered classes through Oak Bay Recreation in Oak Bay and Juan de Fuca in Colwood/West Shore. To sign-up you need to register with the centre. 

Yoga4Strength is a fun fusion class that combines strength exercises, yoga, core, and balance work. The beginning of the class is a slow yoga warm-up, followed by a full body strength routine using free weights, your body weight and resistance bands and finishes with a gentle yoga cool-down. If you have more experience with strength training you may prefer the vigorous level.

Yoga4Strength is a fun class that combines yoga, strength training, core and balance work. We begin the class with a gentle warm-up, move into a full body strength program and then finish with a quiet yoga cool-down.

** We don't have access to any equipment at Oak Bay so you'll need to bring a resistance band, yoga mat and any other props you need for your practice. Please dress in layers and bring a blanket to keep you cozy as we are practicing with the windows open for healthy air flow.
