Having a difficult time fitting in both strength training and yoga practice? Do both in one class! You will learn a full body strength routine using various equipment on hand, with yoga poses woven throughout the strength work. The class starts and finishes with a gentle yoga practice. Yoga, strength, balance work and core conditioning, all in one fun class!

Please note we have some new teachers in the Bloom Yoga mix! Kirsten Pierce and Laura Graves are both certified yoga instructors through Ajna Yoga. You will receive the same great service you are used too, friendly teachers who know your names, encourage you to listen to your body and want to help you live your best life! Join Laura Graves for Yoga4Strength at VI Fitness for Women! Laura will begin the class with a gentle yoga warm-up, them move into different strength training exercises to tone and tighten then finish with a yoga cool down. This is a five week registered class, call VI Fitness at 250-595-3354 to sign-up! You don't have to be a member to join this class.
